Many people are in relationships with AI systems today.
Whether your chatbot acts as a therapist, assistant, lover, or friend, I’m here to help you be intentional about the relationship you want — and how to build it.
Unlike in human relationships, you can directly shape how your AI partners behave — through system prompts, memory configuration, personality feedback, and more. This unprecedented customizability raises questions: who do you want to talk to? And what should you talk about?

Together, we’ll craft a personal AI constitution: a set of principles that define how you want to engage with AI, and how AI models should engage with you. This document will help clarify your goals and serve as a technical spec for the model’s behavior — you’ll share it with an LLM and it will guide how the model interacts with you.
Topics we may explore:
— How supportive should my chatbot be? Are there moments where I want a more challenging style of engagement?
— How should I set boundaries with AI? How much time do I want to spend talking to a chatbot? Are there certain topics where I want to be sure I turn to humans for advice?
— How can I use AI to deepen my human relationships? What kind of emotional and therapeutic exercises can chatbots guide me through?
— Where should I lean on AI’s creative support and where should I work solo? Texts? Birthday cards? Wedding toasts? Presentations? Essays?
— How should I think about the impact that my loved ones' relationships with chatbots has on me?
— How should I navigate a model’s memory capabilities? What should a chatbot remember about me? Are there some topics where it’s better to forget? How do I rebound after a memory reset?
— How do I navigate software updates that change a model’s behavior?
